Query -k auto-detect: omit -k on mfeprimer / spec / search to read k from the index header (explicit -k must match, or the run errors — no more silent 0 sites).
Index robustness: atomic .primerqc.bin publish, Phase-2 disk spill under memory pressure, stricter decode / OpenIndex / migrate / verify.
Fix: forward binding start display after exclusive-bound coordinate change.
Fix: --snp now works for FASTA primer input (previously only printed in Parameters; SNP annotation on predicted amplicons was missing on the batch specificity path — this is not --bind).
*.spec.tsv adds SNP QC columns before note: fpSNP, rpSNP, fpSnpDanger, rpSnpDanger (breaking column layout — parsers that use fixed column indexes for note must update). Without --snp, the four columns are 0.
MFEprimer v4.3.1 (same version, updated binaries): *.spec.tsv now includes productTm and ta (same values as the text report’s ProductTm / Ta). Re-download from GitHub Releases if you need these columns.
